Associate Project Leader

A company is looking for an Associate Project Leader to oversee clinical research projects and ensure successful delivery within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of clinical research projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgetary constraints Supervise and mentor project leaders while collaborating with various departments to meet project requirements Engage with clients for ongoing support and new business opportunities, representing the company at meetings and conferences Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a PhD with 1 year of experience in pharma / CRO At least 1 year of management experience in a research environment Experience managing late-stage clinical trials is preferred Proven track record of delivering complex clinical trials on time and within budget Experience in therapeutic research areas, particularly substance use and mental health, is strongly preferred
