About The Position

Position : Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location : Ohio

Setting : Hospital-based (All anesthesia services performed on-site)

Rate : Rate is open and will be discussed during the interview process

Schedule :

Typical hours : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

8- or 10-hour shifts preferred; 12-hour shifts possible

No call responsibilities

EMR : Meditech + Spectrum Anesthesia EMR

Team & Facility Details :

Current Team : 8 CRNAs + 1 MD

Level II Trauma Center

OR Setup : 12 total

7 OR suites

2 Endoscopy suites

2 Open Heart suites

1 OB suite

Daily Volume :

2–3 surgical cases per CRNA per day

20–30 total OR cases / day

1 pain management day / week in OR

Patient Demographics : Mostly adults, with some well-peds

Technology & Support :

Advanced anesthesia equipment

Organized anesthesia-specific EMR

Robust block program supported by trained RN & dedicated tech

Work Environment :

Strong supervision with autonomy encouraged

Excellent MD support

Great team collaboration

Clinical Scope : General, MAC, TIVA

Pre-ops, inductions, emergences, and nerve blocks done independently

No : Neonatal surgeries, bariatrics, or transplant cases

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Salary : Based on experience and training

Requirements :

Certification : AANA Board Certified by start date

Licensure : Ohio license or willing to obtain

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required | NRP – Highly Preferred

Experience : 3+ years as CRNA preferred (New grads accepted)
