Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service | Inside Sales Representative for the Spare Parts division. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, processing sales orders, and providing timely order status updates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management (manufacturing or spare parts industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of order entry and sales support processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM | ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role will sit ONSITE out of Augusta, GA
