Position Overview

Solar Turbines is looking for a motivated team member to work on New Product Introduction (NPI) for plant‑level solutions using the agile development process. This exciting environment provides an opportunity to develop new technology and products. The specialist will focus on developing system‑level models, creating reliability studies, and delivering remote‑operation enablers related to turbomachinery power applications.

Compensation and Benefits

Summary Pay Range : $120,299.00 – $180,449.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
