Package Highlights :

Annual salary : $550,000 year 1, plus WRVU productivity bonus

Annual Salary : $600,000, years 2-4

Signing bonus : $50,000

Education Loan repayment : $20,000 each year

Seeking a general urologist or urologist with interest in womens urology, andrology, advanced laparoscopy and / or robotics

Call : 1 : 4, serving one hospital

Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to da Vinci Xi in 2019

Office conveniently located 5-minute drive to hospital campus

In-office surgical suite for minor procedures

Catchment population : 250,000

Emergency Urology admissions provided by Hospitalist Service, with consult to Urologist

Operating Rooms were newly constructed in 2010, block scheduling

Qualifications :

Holds Board Certification with the American Board of Urology, or actively in process

Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model

Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills

Able to provide surgical case log indicating active experience over the past two years

Enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible care and outcomes
