Logistics / Material Coordinator

The Logistics / Material Coordinator performs day-to-day execution of material handling, receiving, inventory management, shipping, and storage operations. The position requires a high school diploma and at least five years of experience supporting logistics or warehouse functions on projects of comparable complexity. This role ensures the accuracy, organization, and physical movement of materials while adhering to safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labeling, and documentation of incoming materials.
• Execute inventory transactions, stock rotations, and bin-level updates in warehouse management systems.
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, staging, and preparing required documentation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with storage standards.
• Operate MHE and forklifts safely and effectively to move materials as required.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and support full inventory audits.
• Identify and report material discrepancies, damage, or storage hazards.
• Assist in distribution activities, delivery scheduling, and staging for Government pickup.
• Safeguard materials and ensure proper storage conditions based on technical specifications.
