Your mission? Help us spread the word about the company and its job openings to attract great candidates and build local buzz around the company’s growth and culture.

• ?? What You'll Do
• Post jobs across local channels : Facebook groups, churches, libraries, schools, job boards, and businesses
• Attend or represent us at local job fairs, community events, and coffee meetups
• Distribute flyers and swag, and brainstorm low-cost grassroots marketing tactics
• Help screen candidate leads from the community (as requested)
• ?? You Might Be a Fit If You :
• Live within a 40 mile radius Milbank and have your ear to the ground
• Love people and believe in strong work ethics
• Know your way around social media, local Facebook groups, and community boards
• Are organized, dependable, and can hit deadlines without being micromanaged
• ?? Pay & Perks
• $20-25 / hour (DOE)
• Flexible hours : 10–20 / month, can grow with the role
