Weekly base draw plus monthly commissions. The average annual earnings are between $45,000-$75,000. You have control of income. The more you put into it the more you will get out. So if you have a positive goal-oriented attitude, you can soar to the stars with uncapped earning potential.
Schedule
The Store is open Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday, 12 pm to 5 pm. You would work 5 days with 2 days off. Saturday is mandatory. Schedule details may include 9 : 15 am to 5 pm on some days and 11 : 30 am to 5 pm on Sundays.

Upholstery and Leather Furniture Repair Technician

The Furniture Repair Technician effectively and efficiently completes repair work on defective or damaged products while providing customers with superior service. Drives a company vehicle to customer's homes to perform repairs and / or assess needed repairs. Works with the warehouse team to prep and repair home furnishing products. Uses their carpentry, upholstery, and color-matching skills to provide the best product to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITES

Responsibilities
Lead a delivery team in safely loading, transporting, and setting up furniture in customer homes and businesses.Provide direction and assign tasks to delivery crew members during each route.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during deliveries, ensuring a professional and positive experience.Inspect furniture before delivery to ensure quality and accuracy of the order.Assemble and place furniture according to customer specifications, ensuring no damage occurs to products or property.Train and mentor new delivery associates on best practices, safety, and customer service.Accurately complete all delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and incident reports if needed.Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs to management.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.Support warehouse operations (loading, staging, prepping) as needed.Qualifications
