Team Leader-Telephone Liaison

The primary role of the Team Leader is to coach and mentor employees by providing guidance to ensure they are following the established guidelines put in place to meet contractual obligations. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group. Specifically, the Telephone Liaisons Team.

Key Role / Responsibilities :

• Provide coaching and feedback on work standards, practices and procedures.
• Responsible for distributing updates and changes to work assignments or processes.
• Monitor production, quality and other department standards or metrics.
• Complete and maintain departmental reports.
• Assist Operation Manager with employee or team performance, training assessments, employee relations or other department and employee concerns.
• Collaborate with Operation Manager on recommendations to achieve performance objectives, and / or address deficiencies and function changes as necessary.
• Lead the team in assessing strengths and weaknesses and provide direction in exploring alternatives and process improvement ideas.
• Set team goals and objectives by function.
• Communicate work assignments to team members within specific functional area.

Basic Qualifications :

Work will be performed on-site at Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA and remote. Work location will be determined based on job function / workload needs and leadership approval.
