Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to both our customers and sales team, ensuring seamless operations throughout the order-to-cash process and related activities. If you excel at multitasking, have exceptional attention to detail, and thrive on providing outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

What you will be responsible for :

Order-to-Cash Lifecycle Support :

• Manage the full order-to-cash process using NetSuite ERP, including order entry, invoicing, credit memos, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams to optimize order processing and account management workflows.

Surgeon and Healthcare Facility Onboarding :

Customer Support and Communication :

Inventory Management and Orders :
