Coverage Needed :

October : 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, 27-31

November : 10-14, 17-21, 24-28

December : 8-12, 15-19, 22-26

Shift description :

Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Beeper Call

Schedule : Monday-Friday : 7 : 30am-4 : 30am

Call Type : Beeper

Call Response Time Required : 30 minutes

Call Back Percentage : 25%

Locums Call is For : Both inpatient and outpatient

Phone Consults : 5 per shift

Patients Seen : 25 per shift

Admissions : 1 per shift

Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Alabama license - required or IMLC

Required procedures : General / Adult Urology, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder U / S : w / biopsy, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

Assignment Details :

EMR System : Athena & Meditech

Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient

Facility Trauma Level : 3

Support staff : MA : 3, PA / NPs : 1, Office Staff : 3

Patients Per Shift : 20

Bed in Department : 3

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days) : 30, temporary privileges available

Reason for Coverage : Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search
