Job description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with individuals across a wide range of ages, presenting a unique and rewarding challenge. As a BCBA, you will have the chance to design and implement behavior intervention plans, provide direct supervision to BTs and RBTs, and engage in hands-on therapy with clients.

Annual Salary Range : $70,000-$90,000

BCBA Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of concepts and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direction to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Evaluate provider competency and deliver feedback during direction sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor individual treatment programs and behavior plans and make programmatic changes as required
  • Utilize technology platforms for client record management
  • Complete client documentation and reports in accordance with organizational and governing body regulations
  • Provide training for providers, caregivers, schools, and community members
  • Supervise students of behavior analysis per BACB fieldwork requirements
  • Fulfill continuing education and other requirements to maintain BCBA and AZ licensure and practice in alignment with standards of the science

BCBA Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification and Arizona Licensure
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic intervention
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and effectively communicate with clients, families, and staff
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to manage a caseload
