Location : Manitowoc

Pay :   $21ph

Schedule :

• Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 2 : 30am
• Must be able to train on 1st shift : Monday - Thursday, 5 : 30am - 4 : 00pm

We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Manitowoc. This position offers hands-on work with a variety of machines and the opportunity to grow your skills in multiple areas of production. You’ll rotate through different departments based on production needs, learning and applying techniques that ensure precision and quality in every part produced.

Key Areas of Operation

Drilling & Inserting

Spot Welding

Saw / Strippet

Laser Operation

What You’ll Do

Set up, operate, and adjust machines for efficient production runs

Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to meet dimensional standards

Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

Complete all required production documentation and quality checks

Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace

2+ years of machine operation experience

Press Brake proficiency — setup, operation, and troubleshooting

Blueprint reading skills (including GD&T)

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Solid math and problem-solving skills
