Job Summary :

The Quality Control Worker checks products to make sure they meet company standards before they are shipped or used. This person looks for defects, records results, and helps fix quality issues.

Main Duties :

  • Inspect products and materials for defects or problems.
  • Make sure products meet company and customer standards.
  • Record inspection results and report any issues to a supervisor.
  • Work with the production team to correct problems.
  • Keep work areas clean and follow safety rules.
  • Help maintain inspection tools and equipment.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus.
