Position :  Nurse Practitioner

Location :  Appleton, WI 54915

Duration :   11 / 24 / 25 - 01 / 02 / 26 (Possible extension)

Pay :   $80 - 85 / hr.

Schedule : 40 hours weekly between 7 am - 04 : 30 pm (Monday-Friday) | No weekends, or on-call requirements

Overview :   Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services. EPIC experience is a plus.

Primary / Occupational Care employee clinic

Primary care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is required

EPIC EMR experience is a plus

Must have an active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin

Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or be able to obtain it post-offer

Must have a clean background
