Oklahoma state license or compact state license required.\nBLS certification required.\nSurgical Transplant Requirements : Stepdown / PCU experience. \nTravel Experience. \nTransplant experience preferred. \n4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed stepdown and acute care floor which cares for post-surgical kidney, liver and pancreas transplant patients. \nThey also care for pre-transplant patients who are being evaluated for a transplant during their inpatient stay. \nPatients require close monitoring for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery.
