Job descriptionPerform in-process, first-piece, and final inspections of machined and washed parts Inspect cut-blanks, stamped / threaded nipples, and special orders Approve manufacturing setups and ensure products meet specs Use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.) Document inspection results and maintain traceability records Communicate with supervisors on any quality concerns or needed adjustments Inspect purchased products using defined measurements and criteria Support production metrics : accuracy, on-time delivery, and quality Maintain a safe and organized work environment High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 3+ years' experience in manufacturing or inspecting precision machined parts Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T Skilled in basic math and computer use Detail-oriented; able to identify fine surface flaws Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent attendance and work habits Physical ability to : Stand / bend for full shifts Lift 50 lbs. continuously, 70 lbs. occasionally Push / pull carts up to 150 lbs. Location : Highland Heights, OH
Pay : $17.50 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday through Friday 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm
Job Summary :
As a Quality Inspector you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our precision-manufactured products meet the highest quality standards. We're looking for detail-driven professionals with a strong background in manufacturing inspections.

- Ensure compliance with Company quality standards and QMS requirements
- Uphold the company mission and core values with professionalism and urgency
