ServiceNow Solution Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored ServiceNow solutions and deliver product demonstrations

Translate customer requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and work with cross-functional teams on proposals

Act as a technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the evaluation process and building strong relationships

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Solution Architect focused on ServiceNow

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CSM, FSM, and ITSM

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutioning, architecture, and integrations

Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience with Customer Service Management and CCaaS is preferred
