The Company is seeking a VP, Account Management to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in the Residential Servicing division, with a focus on overseeing Collections and Single Points of Contact (SPOC) teams. This position is pivotal in driving execution across delinquency workflows and ensuring an exceptional, compliant, and efficient borrower experience. The VP will collaborate with various teams to maintain operational effectiveness, regulatory adherence, and strong performance outcomes. A key aspect of the role is to shape and refine servicing strategies to meet customer needs and investor expectations in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Applicants for the VP, Account Management role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience. A minimum of 7 years' experience in mortgage servicing or financial services, with a strong background in collections, loss mitigation, and customer account management, is required. The role demands a leader with at least 5 years' of experience in managing people and leading teams, particularly in a performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable understanding of servicing systems, investor guidelines, and the regulatory environment, including CFPB expectations. Strong skills in MS Office and Power BI, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills, are essential. The VP should be client-focused, results-oriented, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
