Location : Brookfield, WI
Help us ensure every printed circuit board and electrical assembly performs flawlessly. In this hands-on role, you will pinpoint failure modes, repair down to the component level, and keep safety at the forefront.
What you’ll tackle
- Subassembly inspections, unit / fixture testing, and PCB rework / repair.
 - Component-level troubleshooting guided by schematics and test instrumentation.
 - Root-cause analysis with corrective actions to resolve defects and malfunctions.
 - Safe, compliant work around high voltages and currents.
 - Customer troubleshooting support over the phone; occasional off-site service calls.
 - Adherence to safety, housekeeping, and clean-up standards.
 
Minimum qualifications
Associate’s degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.1–3 years in electronics / electrical or electro-mechanical roles.Ability to read schematics, drawings, and bills of material.Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and hand tools.Comfort with computers and strong mathematical / reasoning skills.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently (occasionally more).Preferred experience
Hands-on PCB test and repair history.Manufacturing or electronics repair shop background.Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills.Proficiencies
