Job Title : Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Job Specialty : Multi-Specialty Surgery

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Experience : Minimum of 2 years within the specialty

License : Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certifications : Required - Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Preferred - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Must-Have : Experience in a high-volume surgery center

Job Description :

• Work within a multi-specialty surgery center with a focus on ENT and plastics.
• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to meet the demands of a high-volume environment.
• Utilize advanced knowledge and skills to support complex surgical procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all institutional policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment.
