Job descriptionFlexibility : Choose your working hours based on your availability, with assessments scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM. Competitive Pay : Enjoy earnings that can range from $1,800 to $11,500 per month based on assessment completion rates. Licensure Support : We'll assist you in obtaining necessary state licensure for your work in various locations. Pathway to Full-Time Roles : Transition from PRN to full-time positions with associated bonuses. A Master's Degree and relevant NP licensure with prescriptive authority. Certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty. Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification. Preferred 1 year of NP experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply! Valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance coverage. Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate medical record software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner with Matrix, you’ll conduct various health assessments during in-home visits that last up to one hour. You will have the opportunity to :
- Perform adult and geriatric assessments, including medical history evaluation and treatment planning.
- Provide health education and facilitate referrals as necessary.
- Engage collaboratively with physicians, case managers, and family members.
- Implement care strategies directly in members' homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.
