New Beginnings, Inc. located in Benson provides 24 hour residential care services for adults with developmental disabilities and specialized care needs. We are searching for 1 individual to round out our amazing support team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and looking for a positive supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities in a group home setting
• Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Responsibilities also include : Providing personal care and support. Medication Administration, mealing planning and prep, light housekeeping, providing opportunities for community activities, shopping, banking.

Skills

Experience is not required, but the desire to help others.
