Role Summary

As a Salesforce Intern youll gain real-world experience supporting the banks Salesforce platform a key system that connects teams and drives customer relationships. Youll collaborate with business and technology partners to manage and analyze data document processes and support platform enhancements. This internship offers hands-on learning for students interested in technology business analysis and IT management.

Key Accountabilities

Analyze and transform spreadsheet data for upload into Salesforce.

Validate and match data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Document business concepts and system processes using Confluence.

Write user stories in Jira to capture requirements and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support Salesforce use cases.

Assist with configuration tasks or system testing under supervision.

Contribute ideas to streamline data processes and improve user experience.

Education & Experience

Required :

Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore junior or senior standing).

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas lookups formatting).

Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Interest in data management business analysis or technology systems.

Preferred :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems or database-driven applications.

Familiarity with agile practices Confluence or Jira.
