Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a personal care home. Assist with daily living, administer medications, and help residents live their best lives. Paid training, shift differentials, and benefits available.

Position : Direct Care Staff / Med Tech

Pay : $17.00 / hour start + Paid Training | $18.00 / hour overnight (11p–8a)

Location : Harrison City

Work Location : In person | No remote work

Summary :

Join our Enhanced Personal Care Home team as a Direct Care Staff / Med Tech. Provide daily support, medication administration, and transportation for residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications, remain with each resident until taken, and document accurately
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Transport residents to appointments in company vehicles
• Maintain clean and safe living spaces
• Record and document all necessary care information
