Job description

United Regional Physician Group (URPG) is seeking a BC / BE Urologist to join our growing practice.

  • URPG is part of United Regional Health Care System (URHCS)
  • Not for profit healthcare organization certified by the Texas Medical Board with the URPG Board of Directors comprised of practicing URPG physicians
  • Join a multi-specialty practice that is inclusive of;

Internal Medicine

  • Endocrinology
  • Neurology
  • The Largest Family Medicine Division in town in your same clinic
  • OB / GYN
  • Bariatric surgery
  • Orthopedic Surgery
  • Sports Medicine
  • Podiatry
  • And strong referral network to multiple specialists within the community
  • Modern clinic facility with lab services and imaging services on-site
  • Highly competitive compensation model that includes incentives for production, panel size, quality / value-based goal achievement, and additional compensation for oversight of Advanced Practice Providers. Guaranteed minimum compensation for the first two years.
