Our firm's name represents an open field for growth for both our clients and team members. About the Role In the Lead role, you will be equipped with foundational knowledge on our tech stack and consulting approach so you can hit the ground running.
You will play a critical role leading project workstreams, combining elements of account management, project management, hands-on delivery, and team coordination. Initial day-to-day responsibilities may include :
- Executing on client projects end-to-end, from scoping to transition, which may include : Designing and building financial models in Excel, Fabric, or Abacum Designing and building financial reporting in Power BI or Abacum Designing and building finance data warehouses in Fabric with our data engineering partners Evaluating and defining planning related business processes Training and supporting client resources Managing client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact between the client and OVG and playing the role of trusted advisor Coordinating and mentoring OVG team members on project delivery Contributing to internal product and service development, including delivery frameworks, accelerators, demos, and software products Some travel may be involved but not more than 20% in total.

Experience qualifications include : 3-6 years of intensive FP&A and / or strategic finance experience High proficiency with leverage Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint...) for financial use cases Hands-on technical experience and track record of building and deploying successful planning products : e.g., EPM software (Anaplan, Oracle...), reporting / visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Looker...), data engineering (Azure / Snowflake...), and SQL / Python for forecasting, analysis, and / or automation Effective communication skills and experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders Willingness and entrepreneurial spirit to operate in a bona fide startup environment – high drive and work ethic, adaptable to change, fast learner Other basic qualifications include : Bachelor’s Degree (business or finance degree a plus) US Work Authorization Compensation Base salary : $130,000 Performance bonus : 15% Discretionary bonus : based on over-performance and / or BD contributions Profit-sharing : eligible Equity : eligible Other Benefits : Remote stipend ($150 monthly) Health insurance plans (50% employer covered) 401(k) (no match) Flexible time off Training and professional development Powered by JazzHR
