Patient Care Assistant needed to perform clerical duties associated with high volume Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Responsibilities include :

• Separate charts from operating room or recovery room and distribute forms appropriately
• Copy intra-op records and clinic charts at the end of the day
• Enter surgeries and lasers in log book
• Answer phones and file as needed
• Stock supplies in operating room
• Assist with transporting patients
• Responsible for cleaning patient area
• Assist patients with nourishment in recovery area
• Escort patients to waiting area following surgical procedure while maintaining safety measures

Qualifications :

Prior clerical or surgical setting experience preferred

Bi-lingual Spanish or Bengali preferred
