Responsibilities :
- Lead, train, and motivate the Internet Sales and BDC teams to exceed lead response, appointment, and sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, lead conversion, and customer retention.
- Oversee daily BDC operations, ensuring timely and professional follow-up on all internet leads, calls, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales management to create effective appointment-to-sale processes.
- Monitor KPIs including response times, appointment set rates, show rates, and closing ratios.
- Implement best practices for CRM utilization and internet lead management.
- Partner with marketing to optimize digital campaigns, lead providers, and online reputation.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews for the BDC / Internet team.
