Job Overview

We're looking for a well-rounded Mining Parts Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to build a strong team culture rooted in safety, accountability, and customer focus. This position is located in South Jordan at one of our warehouses.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers on any outstandingparts issues
• Provide daily supervision of warehouse and Customer Fulfillment Team members across 2 locations. Assign tasks, follow-up orders, coordinate with larger parts team, administration and service / rebuild departments
• Build processes as neede
• Ensure daily cycle counts are complete, research variances, track inventory
• Continue to promote and build on a positive team culture and safety
• Process core and parts return. Audit Core Tag process weekly. Input data into the Core Tag system with applicable information from customer operations and regional activities. Communicate status with customer and parts manager. Coordinate new parts returns with regional warehouse operations to ensure proper credits and restocking charges are issued. Coordinate large parts returns for regional operations. Process all vendor returns, Reman core returns, and surplus parts returns. Coordinate all warranty requests with either Komatsu or CRM service departments. Issue applicable credit memos to customers.
