My client is a family owned and operated General Contractor serving Cape Cod and the surrounding area. They have been in business for 20+ years and have grown their team from a husband and wife business to a team of 25 talented Project Managers, Designers, Superintendents, Carpenters, and Estimators.

Their work primarily consists of high-end residential building - both new construction & remodel / renovations. However, they also do some light commercial buildings in the area as well.

Job Description

• Oversee all phases of custom home construction from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring the client's vision to life while maintaining feasibility and code compliance.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and work scopes, making adjustments as necessary to meet milestones.
• Source, negotiate, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and guide decision-making throughout the build process.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting inspections and addressing hazards promptly.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout packages.
