Pay Range : $50 - $53 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a technical leader within the Operations team to develop next-generation telematics and connected car systems, enhancing key infrastructure services such as security, availability, and performance.
• Guide team members on application support best practices.
• Develop procedures and runbooks for operational and security aspects of the platform.
• Demonstrated expertise in AWS, MongoDB, Datadog (or similar tools), and Python / Java.
• Troubleshoot customer issues as needed, documenting details in JIRA and the PagerDuty on-call system.
• Review and triage escalated service and support requests.
• Utilize DevOps automation tools, including GitLab build jobs.
• Handle ad-hoc data and report requests from various functional teams.
• Provide on-call support for P1 issues during weekends and holidays on a rotation basis.
