We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinators to support a short-term initiative focused on organizing and analyzing third-party partnership data. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, data consolidation, and project support to streamline current external integrations and enhance internal visibility. Ideal candidates will have experience with data entry, research, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal tracking systems and spreadsheets

Research third-party vendors or partners to identify existing agreements and key contract terms

Classify agreement types and extract relevant information, including term length and usage data

Coordinate basic project tasks to ensure timely collection and documentation of data

Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and verify data accuracy

Summarize findings into clear, structured reports or dashboards for leadership review

Maintain data consistency and integrity across all documentation

Support preparation of materials used for project updates and stakeholder communications

Required Skills & Qualifications :

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Strong organizational and time management skills

Effective written and verbal communication

Proficiency with Excel and online research tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative

Familiarity with business agreements or corporate partnerships (a plus, not required)
