We are in need of a HYBRID Hospice / Palliative Nurse Practitioner to provide care services at our facility in the Rockville, MD area.

Details :

• Setting : Hybrid (Clinic, Virtual, & Home)
• Location : Rockville, MD
• Schedule : Mon-Fri (830a-5p) 2 days in Clinic, 1 day in-person visits, 2 days virtual
• Duration : 13 weeks w / possible extensions
• Duties :
• Hospice / Palliative Medicine
• Primarily Remote
• Act as Medical resource for interdisciplinary team
• Review patient eligibility for hospice services

Required :

Active MD license

Board Certified through ANCC or AANP

BLS (Hands on)

DEA

Compensation :

$120K-$170K

Receive a paycheck every Friday
