In this position, Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancements within the Digital Product space, focused on our Digital Storefront, a digital experience available in mobile, web, and in vehicle enabling customers to discover, shop for, and manage vehicle upgrades (e.g., BlueCruise Autonomous Driving). The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward to the next generation, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.

What you'll do...

• Define strategy, manage a portfolio of products and enhancements, enhancing / creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance
• Analyze data and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision
• Work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines
• Collaborate on multi-year product strategy for Ford Motor Company
• Own the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investments
• Develop new product pitches and requirements, and translate into high quality product roadmaps
• Coordinate a large diverse team of engineers, designers, and partner product teams to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision
• Manage a diverse roadmap and make tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput
• Manage weekly, and monthly product / business reporting
