• Custodian                                  Department :  Maintenance                               Reports To : Lead Custodian Classification : Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation Range : $41,000 - $46,500 Benefits : Employee Benefits | Lake County, CO   Position Summary The custodian will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• They will perform a variety of tasks to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for occupants and visitors.

Essential Functions Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors Empty trash bins and replace liners Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, and fixtures Clean and disinfect common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators Clean windows and glass surfaces Perform minor maintenance tasks, like changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and unclogging drains Report any major maintenance or repair needs to Maintenance Foreman Ensure that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are in good working order Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Sort and dispose of recyclable materials appropriately Manage waste disposal in accordance with local regulations Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents Clean up spills and hazardous materials promptly Ensure that safety signage and barriers are in place when necessary Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in restrooms and common areas Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and request refills as needed Maintain records of cleaning and maintenance activities Report any issues or concerns with Maintenance Foreman Supervisory Responsibilities Not applicable Requirements Compensation will be determined by the applicant's full skillset with consideration of the following :
