$38-$42 / HR

Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Orion Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to design learning solutions that close knowledge and skill gaps, and improve individual and organizational performance for our pharmaceutical client in North Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

Build training resources in support of process and system changes and skill development workshops.

Design and develop eLearning courses, slide decks, participant guides, learning activities, newsletter issues, and other similar learning resources.

Partner with subject matter experts to build training materials and update existing eLearning.

Lead instructional design projects with stakeholders to completion.

Maintain eLearning library, updating courses as needed in our learning management system

Support the facilitation of live courses.

Qualifications

3-5 years of training / instructional design or related experience.

Ability to create learning resources efficiently (eLearning modules, guides, slide decks, etc)

Experience with Articulate 360 or similar learning design software.

Knowledge of learning design principles

Strong communication skills

Strong conceptual abilities and strong team orientation.

Project management skills – ability to track and bring to completion multiple simultaneous projects
