Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced automotive technician who excels at diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using advanced scanning tools and hands-on inspections. This role also includes shop management responsibilities—overseeing daily operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring top-quality service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Duties : Perform accurate diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tools; Inspect vehicles based on customer concerns and standard procedures; Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues; Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnoses; Recommend and explain repair solutions to service advisors or customers; Assist other technicians with complex diagnostics and problem-solving.
• Managerial Duties : Supervise and support other technicians in the shop; Manage daily workflow and job assignments; Ensure quality control and timely job completion; Coordinate with front desk / service writers for parts and customer communication; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; Help manage inventory and tool maintenance; Promote a team-oriented, customer-focused culture.
