Job Description

The Quality Auditor's position is responsible for ensuring that all products are produced according to the appropriate specifications and meet all quality and customers standards. Essential Functions and Basic Duties

1. Ensures that all procedures are being followed at all times on production lines.

2. Monitors line workers ability to perform their job function and makes recommendations to the Quality Supervisor, Production Supervisor and Line Leaders, as needed

3. Performs quality inspections as required; confirms date codes, lots, expiration dates, and all other customer specific requirements.

4. Ensures lines are cleaned and line clearance forms are completed, as needed.

5. Monitor all lot changes to ensure compliance with the lot breakdown.

6. Monitor batch records for timeliness and accuracy.

7. Completes proper documentation of quality performance.

8. Ensures that all labels are correct.

9. Performs random checks on finished goods to ensure compliance.

10. Reports all deviations to procedures to the Quality Supervisor.

11. GMP Inspections for Clean Room and Production Areas.

12. Performs product quality tests and assures compliance to customer requirements.

13. Verifies proper date / lot codes on ink jet printers.

14. Performs any other assigned duties as necessary.
