Join Culver’s as a Team Member and bring your passion for hospitality to our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and quality food to ensure every guest leaves happy.

Position Objective :

Provide friendly, efficient service, prepare high-quality food, and create a welcoming restaurant environment to deliver memorable guest experiences.

What We Offer :

Compensation :

Earn $12–15 / hour , with additional premiums for :

  • Open availability (any shift : mornings, evenings, weekends).
  • Ability to open or close (requires training).
  • Sunday or weekday adult (18+) availability.
  • Performance excellence (e.g., guest satisfaction, order accuracy).

    • Premiums are cumulative, subject to management approval, and require 20 hours / week. Benefits include meal discounts and career advancement.

    Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Take accurate orders using POS systems and digital platforms.
  • Prepare food to Culver’s quality and safety standards.
  • Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Promote loyalty programs and seek guest feedback.

    • Expectations :

  • Follow Culver’s operational and safety standards.
  • Build team synergy for fast, accurate service.
  • Demonstrate reliability; no-call / no-show behavior is not tolerated.
  • Show adaptability and eagerness to learn.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
  • Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
  • No experience required; training provided for POS and food prep.
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays.
  • Commitment to reliability; no-call / no-show behavior is not tolerated.
