Sr Account Manager / Business Development Manager Hybrid - Boston, Ma Area
What You Will Do :
- Identify and pursue prospects within named accounts through cold calling and outbound activities.
- Drive strategic direction of accounts in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Work closely with the delivery team to meet client needs and facilitate candidate placements.
- Manage client-facing activities, presentations, interviews, and offer stages.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using crm tools.
- Meet and exceed kpis and sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
What You Need :
Prior sales experience in contract staffing.Hunger for success with a competitive edge.Ability to thrive in a kpi-driven environment.Strong track record of driving results.Process-oriented, coachable, and able to execute on processes.Resourceful and adept at course-correcting in challenging situations.Collaborative team player who excels in an in-person work environment.This role offers a base salary up to $120k that is commensurate with experience as well as guaranteed 1st year commission, strong commission plan on dollar 1, and benefits package.
