Purpose : To efficiently find the most profitable return load while mindfully reducing wait times for our drivers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Works closely with the load planner, who tells you the location and number of trucks needing a load.
• Familiar with load boards such as DAT.
• Knowledgeable of the spot rates to move freight for the right price.
• Build relationships with these brokers so they look to Bellavance first to move freight.
• Works closely with company dispatchers to pass along pertinent information to the driver.
• Make it a priority to track these loads.
• Knowledge of HOS.
• Build the freight bill once the load has been booked.

Experience & Qualifications :

Requirements : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm or part-time shift is an option.
