• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• No call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required
• Must pass telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring rhythm strips
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Care for patients with CHF, alcohol withdrawal, NSTEMI's, sepsis, dysrhythmias, PNA, COPD
• Manage post-procedure patients including pacemakers, ablations, cath lab, and open heart surgery patients
• Administer non-titratable cardiac medication drips (Cardizem, Lasix, Nitro)
• May float to Intensive Care Units, medical surgical units, and other facilities based on competency level
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve Day = 1 holiday)
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends and holidays
