Health Services Director - LVN

Pay Range : $105,000 $115,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and medication management under the medical direction and supervision of attending physicians.
• Communicate with community healthcare professionals, including physicians, discharge planners, nurses, and state agencies regarding resident care needs.
• Arrange incidental medical, dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care for residents.
• Perform nursing duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, including administering medications and performing treatments as ordered.
• Oversee and provide training for Medication Technicians.
• Administer pre?admission assessments before resident move?in and conduct routine and as?needed reassessments following company policy and state regulations.
• Interview potential residents and families, obtain medical records, and ensure compliance with Title 22 admission requirements.
• Conduct staff interviews and observe residents continually to detect changes in physical or emotional health, reporting findings to the Executive Director and responsible parties.
