What you’ll do
A Caramelized Productions Event Chef / Sous Chef assists the Chef de Cuisine (CDC) in executing culinary duties off-site at Caramelized events. This position requires preparing and executing menu items from Jon & Vinny’s, Cookbook, and Caramelized Productions. Caramelized Productions caters to both large- and small-scale events, so you must effectively manage teams of various sizes. Open communication with the PM (Production Manager) or Captain is essential to ensure the timely and successful execution of all menu items. This is an On-Call position.
