Base pay range : $83,954.26 / yr - $125,931.26 / yr

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire : Mentor and develop a high-performing team delivering reliable AV and collaboration solutions.
• Strategize & Innovate : Drive initiatives that support hybrid work, improve conferencing experiences, and enable automation and self-service.
• Manage Systems : Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of AV technologies, including conference room automation, digital signage, and control systems.
• Optimize Platforms : Ensure optimal performance and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
• Set Standards : Develop and enforce best practices for AV and collaboration technologies across the enterprise.
• Collaborate : Partner with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that improve coworker experience.
• Knowledge Sharing : Oversee creation of training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower users.
• Budget & Metrics : Manage procurement, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuous Growth : Foster skill development and career progression for team members.
