As a Security Guard - Warehouse Patrol Driver in South Chesterfield, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the facility. Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding security-related matters. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies. Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations or drills as needed. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
