About the Role Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a group home setting supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities . Staff are present 24 / 7 to ensure safety and support, but this is not a high-acuity environment. Your primary focus will be assisting residents with everyday living tasks and promoting independence in a comfortable, home-like setting. What We Offer
Guaranteed overtime pay through a 36 / 48 track schedule (alternating weeks of 36 and 48 hours)
Competitive pay : $19 / hour
12-hour shifts
Every other weekend off
Low patient ratio : 1 : 3 caregiver-to-patient
Always staffed with an LPN or RN for clinical support
Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
Encourage independence and support residents in achieving personal goals
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Maintain a safe and positive environment
Requirements
Active CNA license (required)
Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with IDD
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and follow the 36 / 48 track schedule
Strong communication and teamwork skills
