Job descriptionFormación profesional de grado superior, preferiblemente en en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones térmicas y de fluidos. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posición similar en empresas de mantenimiento de instalaciones mecánicas. Sólidos conocimientos de mantenimiento de instalaciones de producción de frío / calor, así como de Gestión Energética. Se valorará en gran medida disponer de los Carnet Profesionales acreditativos aplicables al sector y actividad, siendo especialmente importante tener vigente el carnet de instalador-mantenedor de instalaciones térmicas. Formación en Manipulación de Gases Fluorados. Imprescindible formación en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales adecuada al puesto a desempeñar. Manejo de herramientas de soporte informático.

TÉCNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO FRIGORISTA
Funciones :
- Realización del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la cartera de clientes de calefacción, ACS, climatización y / o gestión energética.
- Seguimiento del programa de mantenimiento establecido, asegurándose de su cumplimiento con la calidad requerida.
- Registro de las actividades en el sistema y reporting de los mantenimientos diarios.
- Detectar las no conformidades existentes en las instalaciones y proponer mejoras enfocadas a aumentar la productividad, así como la calidad de los productos y servicios.
- Velar y cumplir la normativa de seguridad y calidad del servicio establecida por la compañía.
