Job Summary :

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Radiologic Technologist specializing in Diagnostic Imaging to join our team in Walnut Creek, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab and supporting special procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including interventional radiology (IR), angiography, cardiology, and neuro procedures.
• Operate various imaging equipment, including Toshiba and Phillips systems, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Assist in special procedures and support the healthcare team during interventions.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing patient concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards in the imaging department.
• Document all procedures accurately in patient records and maintain equipment according to departmental policies.
• Be available for on-call shifts, with the ability to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when called.
